Graduating with honors from China Agricultural University, Dr. Miao completed her veterinary studies in China before furthering her education at Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in the United States, where she earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree. She is licensed and certified to practice veterinary medicine in both China and the United States, and has worked in various veterinary clinics and animal hospitals across both countries. Through this experience, she has gained expertise in diverse aspects of animal care, including dermatology, internal medicine, and surgery. Her approach to care is always rooted in a patient-centered philosophy, ensuring that every pet receives the best possible treatment.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Miao is passionate about educating pet owners on the importance of preventative care, nutritional guidance, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle for their furry companions. She is also an advocate for animal welfare and regularly contributes to local community outreach programs focused on improving the lives of shelter animals.

When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Miao enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her own pets. Her commitment to both the animals she treats and the pet parents she serves continues to drive her career and inspire those around her.
